Hi-Def virtual tours start at $195 and include up to 6 panoramas plus as many photos of smaller rooms/areas as needed. Each type of tour can be expanded for a reasonable additional fee. You’ve probably seen all the new companies popping up offering do it yourself virtual tours, when actually (except for Visual Tours) they are just slideshows. In my opinion, you should save your money because these slideshows don’t show anything more than photos - they just do it a bit more dramatically. A panoramic image shows the whole room (not just part of it the way a photo usually does), and since you can often see into another room, viewers get a much better feel for the layout of the house, and it is much more like being there.
